1. Concept

OURhaus facilitates and manages shared ownership of holiday properties. By purchasing a share, the buyer enters into a legally binding co-ownership agreement of a specific property.

2. Legal Framework

All reservations and purchases of ownership shares are governed by a separate Co-Ownership Agreement and related regulations specific to each property group.

These documents are always provided and signed prior to the final transaction and contain detailed terms regarding ownership, including usage rights, allocation of weeks, liabilities, and resale conditions.

3. Identification (Anti-Money Laundering)

As an intermediary in real estate transactions, OURhaus is subject to anti-money laundering regulations.

This means we are required to collect and retain valid identification (copy of passport/driver’s license and health insurance card) for all co-owners as part of the transaction process.

4. Disclaimer and Liability

OURhaus reserves the right for typographical errors, price changes, and full subscription of individual property projects.

All visual materials, including renderings and reference property images, are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final product.
