4. Minor maintenance & repairs

Minimal maintenance and quick handling of minor repairs.

Costs not included

Expenses incurred by the owners in addition to the common expenses

1. Major maintenance

This includes major replacements and repairs that require outside contractors.

2. Living expenses

Professional cleaning and laundry services after each stay, ensuring the house is always ready for the next owners’ arrival, along with electricity, water, and heating.

3. Property taxes
