Through OURhaus, I have helped develop and operate vacation home sharing properties in Italy, which has given me in-depth knowledge of how the model works in practice—both financially and in terms of how owners use the properties. I own a vacation home in Italy myself and have observed over several years how a property evolves over time—what makes it work and what ensures that it is actually used.

I have a background in management and business development, with experience in the construction industry and technical contracting, among other fields. Through my work with vacation home sharing in Italy, I have helped develop a concept where quality, usage, and operations are seamlessly integrated—and where the experience is carefully planned from the very beginning. I own a vacation home in Denmark myself and am also a co-owner of a family vacation home. This combination has given me a very concrete understanding of what works in practice—and what often turns out to be more complex than expected.
